We use official data from INCASOL (Institut Català del Sòl), published by the Generalitat de Catalunya. The averages are based on actual rental contracts registered in each neighborhood, updated quarterly.

Use our Rent Calculator to compare your rent against your neighborhood's average. Enter your rent, apartment size, and neighborhood to see how you compare to the official average per square meter.

Neighborhoods like Trinitat Vella, Torre Baró, and Ciutat Meridiana typically have the lowest rents. Use our District Finder to explore areas within your budget.

The data is updated quarterly when INCASOL releases new statistics. We typically update within a few days of the official release.
